Construction site documentation with CraneCam
The development will form a new center covering an area of around 4,000 m2. The area around Uster railway station will also be densified as part of the project. The first stage will see the construction of three buildings of varying sizes and heights, connected by a base.
Seewarte AG is building some of the apartments as flexible, innovative small apartments based on the MOVEment concept. The center development will be certified according to the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS).
The shell construction period of around 12 months was systematically documented using the TEDAMOS CraneCam solution. Three CraneCams mounted on the construction crane documented the entire construction site on a daily basis. The plans were also prepared for TEDAMOS Web so that they could be used for daily target/actual comparisons.
