A vibrant new district with residential units and workplaces is being built on the historic site of the former brewery by 2027. The project by BAUWÄRCH Baumanagement GmbH comprises three buildings with a total of 113 rental apartments and 43 condominiums, as well as flexible commercial space for offices, medical practices, and retail outlets. The central themes of the project are sustainability and community.
