New building rehabilitation clinic Bellikon

Construction surveying, manual and automatic monitoring

Project: 2014 - 2017, Bellikon, Switzerland
Client: GROSS Generalunternehmung AG

For capacity reasons, the rehabilitation clinic in Bellikon, Switzerland's leading clinic for accident rehabilitation, has decided to carry out a complete renovation of the existing clinic site and to build a new building. The additional space and uses will be accommodated in a three-storey new building in front of the clinic. The total costs amount to CHF 316 million.

The existing wards were monitored using automatic and manual measurements in order to identify potential risks at an early stage and to be able to take countermeasures. In addition, the construction required extensive surveying, staking out and construction inspections.
