New construction of the Lettenmatt development, Birmensdorf
Automatic evidence preservation and monitoring measurements
The overall project consists of eight buildings connected by a shared underground car park. A closed sheet pile box with a depth of 3 m was constructed for the building.
The construction project was accompanied by various measurement services. The sheet pile wall was monitored using automatic and manual deformation measurements. In addition, a total of 10 inclinometer measuring points were automatically monitored in two stages. Automated vibration measurements were also carried out in the surrounding area and groundwater level measurements were taken in the excavation pit.
Services
- Automatic geodetic monitoring of the excavation pit
- Automatic geotechnical monitoring of the excavation pit with groundwater level measurements and in-place inclinometers
- Continuous vibration measurements in the vicinity of the construction project
All recorded data is documented in TEDAMOS Web, our password-protected customer portal with 24/7 access.
Technologies
- 1 precision total station with measuring points at the excavation pit
- 6 groundwater level measurements with LoRa radio modules
- 18 vibration measuring devices
- 10 in-place inclinometers
