New building Sammelbüel Teufen
Construction pit monitoring and CraneCam documentation
The Sammelbüel development with a total of 62 flats is located on the southern side of the village centre of Teufen and offers a magnificent view of the hilly landscape. The two detached houses in the lower part of the development are optimised for older residents with small flats.
The rental flats in the Sammelbüel development are characterised by their modern furnishings and attractive design. They are functionally designed and offer residents a quiet and pleasant living environment. The narrow house shapes - known as Heidenhaus - are good examples of economical buildings on slopes. The residential storeys are limited to four storeys on the valley side and three storeys on the mountain side.
The entire development is accessed by a public inclined lift. The parallel internal staircase, which is lit via the exits, creates a pleasant atmosphere. The three entrances for residents are designed in such a way as to separate them from external users. The internal staircases and lifts in the residential buildings provide disabled access to all flats. Additional storage rooms for bicycles and leisure equipment are located at the respective exits of the inclined lift and staircase axis. The single-storey car park is embedded under the playground at the foot of the slope.
