MFH & commercial building Roggenacker, Pfäffikon
Monitoring measurements & construction site documentation
Two apartment buildings and commercial premises are being built on a 5,000 m² plot on Roggenacker in Pfäffikon SZ.
Since the start of construction, manual 3D deformation measurements have been carried out periodically at the edge of the excavation pit, on neighboring buildings, and on the road. In addition, permanent vibration measurements are being carried out in 11 buildings in the neighborhood in accordance with VSS 40 312:2019.
As a supplement and support for Ramensperger Generalunternehmung AG, the construction management company Markus Benz GmbH, and the contractors involved, excavation documentation was carried out using TEDAMOS DroneCam. During the first months of June–July 2024, the excavation work was documented weekly from the air. Since the start of the floor slabs with the first pipes, the entire construction site has been covered by CraneCam. This solution enables those involved to track the construction progress on a daily basis and document it automatically. It can also be used to calculate volumes for the target excavation pit or the original terrain, for example.
